Looking for an awesome protein brownie recipe! Preferably on the lower end of carbs and calories if possible (of course), thanks :)

    Google "Black Bean Brownies", there very good & recipe is simple.

    Maybe not what you are looking for, but the Quest chocolate brownie bars are just like eating a real brownie.

    But I also second the black bean brownies. Go to allrecipes.com and search black bean brownies. Its the first recipe. No mix used. I also substitute greek yogurt for the oil so that lowers the calories and increases the protein a little.
