Is exercise making me sick?
My body is just NOT accepting all this exercise. I can't catch a break. First, I pull a muscle in my back, I'm down for three days. Then, I get the stomach bug, down for two days. Does that water really count?
Does drinking water really count as water intake if there are flavorings such as the Crystal Light or Mio added to the water? I only wonder because when you drink unsweetened tea, it isn't counted as water, it's counted as tea. What are your opinions on this?

Looking for low-carb friends.
I am on a low-carb (not no-carb) diet and sometimes have problems with finding things to eat (I am also kind of picky). Would like more people on my friends list (who actually log on everyday) who are low-carb as well and might have a better imagination than me. I need the support and the ideas for food!

Low carb...?
I'm on a low carb - high protein diet, staying around 50 carbs a day. So far it's been working for me, losing 27 pounds, but I'm really in need of some low carb meal ideas and snacks. I've gotten bored with what I'm used to eating. Please help, I am open to any suggestions.

When do you weigh?
When do you weigh yourself? Do you have a strict schedule, a certain day, a certain time, or do you just weigh at random? I only weigh once a week, always in the morning after I use the bathroom, before I eat or drink anything, usually on a Thursday. I'm curious as to what everyone else does...?
