Low carb...?

I'm on a low carb - high protein diet, staying around 50 carbs a day. So far it's been working for me, losing 27 pounds, but I'm really in need of some low carb meal ideas and snacks. I've gotten bored with what I'm used to eating. Please help, I am open to any suggestions.

I'm reading an Atkins book for my husband and in the menu it suggests:
string cheese
avocado
hardboiled egg
radishes
celery
cucumber
green olives
muenster cheese
cheddar cheese
cream cheese
gouda cheese
turkey slices with aioli
peanut butter
walnuts
almonds
marinated artichoke hearts
broccoli w/ cheddar
ricotta cheese w/ raspberries
low carb yogurt w/ blueberries
pecans w/ cottage cheese0 -
If you're on Pinterest you can check out my recipe boards--most are South Beach recipes so not all are real low carb:

Have you tried pasta alternatives? I really like tofu shirataki noodles or Pasta Slim's soy noodles. Very low carb and you use them like you would regular pasta.. They take on the flavor of whatever sauce you use. Just tonight, I had the Pasta Slim spinach fettuccini, with chicken, broccoli and light alfredo sauce. Just 12 carbs total (including 6 fiber). Not sure if you are counting net carbs or total carbs.
I have been following the Metabolism Miracle. It has three steps and the first step most resembles low carb. On Step 1, I usually stay under 50 net carbs. The wonderful thing about this program is on Step 2, you learn how to add gentle carbs back in and you continue to lose weight. On Step 2, I usually have about 110-120 net carbs. Since last May, I have lost 50 pounds of FAT and have a normal BMI I think for the first time in my adult life.0 -
