Please help! I've only lost 10lbs in 3 months! I'm scared I wont hit my goal of 181lbs by August 1st. I'm currenlty 198lbs (although two weeks ago I weighed 192lbs ????) Any and ALL advice is welcomed. THANKS!

So if you remain within your calorie limit but say....exceed your sodium intake or sugar intake will that cause you not to lose your pound for that week???
