I started working out last week. I started with the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I actually had to take a break, because I'm really ill. I went to the gym last night, and I'm not sore at all today. Are my muscles used to it, or what's going on?

I'm from Toronto, and as far as I'm aware it's illegal to not be able to produce the nutritional facts if someone asks for them. At cineplex they couldn't show me them, nor at Subway. Whats the deal? Anyone else have problems getting the facts from somewhere?
