Effective gym routine?

    IF YOU HAVE CLASSES AT YOUR GYM THIS IS WHAT I DO. M, W, F I DO 30 MIN OF CARDIO AND AN HOUR OF BODYPUMP (STRENGTH TRAINING CLASS THAT WORKS THE WHOLD BODY) AND TUES AND THR I DO SPIN CLASS WHICH IS AN HOUR LONG AND THAN I THROW ABS IN THOSE TWO DAYS AS WELL. BEEN GAINING MUSCLE AND TONING AND LOSING LOTS OF FAT. I JUST JOINED THIS SITE TWO WEEKS AGO BUT LOST A LOT OF WEIGHT BEFORE I JOINED. GOOD LUCK!!

    Don't get into the habit of doing the same thing all the time. Your body will get used to it and you will find yourself not losing the weight as well as you had before. Change things up a lot. I tend to do spinning a lot but also do Zumba, running, and trying this new glide class next week. Good luck!

    Sunday I do Cardio -- 45 mins on Ellipitcal normally
    Monday is Lower Body -- use the machines at the gym 30 mins to an hour
    Tues is Upper -- machines at the gym/free weights 40 mins to an hour
    Weds I jog @5 mph/speed walk @ 4 mph for 30 minutes on the treadmill
    Thursday is Full Body -- machines at gym/free weights 1 hour to ....
    Friday I jog/speed walk a 5k....this takes about 45 mins for me
    Saturday I dont go to the gym although there is plenty of stuff to do at the house.
