I plan on getting a sandwich or a panini. I'm not really concerned about calories but more about overall health, so which one would be my best bet? Ham and NY Cheddar on Wheat Turkey and Havarti on Wheat Ham and Swiss Panini on Focaccia Thank you!

Can Somebody give me some good lunch ideas that are around 250-350 calories and are NOT salads?
I'm not really sure which six are the most important ones that I should be sticking to tracking and having at the bottom of my food journal. Can somebody help me with that? And also can you tell me how to figure out how many grams of each of those macros I should be having per day?
I'm recovering from an Eating Disorder and am using My Fitness Pal to gain weight, but I always find myself getting down on myself and then restricting my calorie intake again. Not as low as I did before, but still below what I need to even maintain my weight. How can I stop myself from doing this?
