Lunch Ideas

Can Somebody give me some good lunch ideas that are around 250-350 calories and are NOT salads?

    I eat a small wrap (fajita-size tortilla) with 2 oz. of chicken, a wedge of laughing cow cheese, sliced cucumber, onion, and baby spinach or mixed greens. It's pretty basic, but I love it.

    3 ryvita, philadelphia (the sweet chili one is good) Topped with a few sliced peppers or cucumber. Fruit and nuts to top up

    I recently found Morning Star chipotle black bean burgers, so yummy! One patty is 210 cals and it's big. They are microwavable so I just wrap one in foil and go then microwave it at lunch time. I eat it on a multigrain sandwich thin (100cals) with lettuce, add tomato if you like, so total 310 calories, add whatever side you want, steamed veggies or raw veggies (baby carrots, peppers, cucumber, celery), almonds, cottage cheese, yogurt, or, yes, a salad.
    I second wraps, I like to use Flatout brand wraps, they are usually about 90 calories per tortilla.
