Home workouts suitable for minimal space
I live in a very small space, with little room for exercising. Can anyone recommend workout routines/DVDs/small fitness equipment that require very little space? How low is too low for daily carb intake?

Does it work to save spare calories for a special occasion?
That is, if I didn't eat, for example, 100 calories of my daily allowance on 3 days during the week, could I have a 300 calorie treat on the weekend without it ruining my attempt at weight loss? Or will it only work to go day by day and NOT save up calories that way? I'm new to all this! Thanks in advance. :)
