Need help to be clear on something & some suggestions
I am almost at my goal of weight loss. I am not trying to BUILD muscle just maintain what I have. That won't make me gain weight right? I don't do heavy weight lifting. I have a step up platform. If I am using a 6-8 inch platform and moving my arms with 2lb weights in both hands would I record it as Step-up vigorous or just under the Step up 6 - 8 inch?
