  • I only count it on the day I do deep cleaning for HOURS. Usually 4 - 5 hours. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, livingroom, dining room and kitchen.. So yes I count it. However, I still do my normaly daily workout. Get your heart rate up for a long period of time is the way to go..

  • I always hear to do both. Cardio burns calories but having muscle burns more calories while doing cardio. At least that is what I hear. Maybe do weights 2 times a week cardio 5 times a week?

  • I actually order chicken that is in single portions. I found some weight watchers already in single portions chicken. Makes it a lot easier.. :) I do the same with my Fish. I get the Gorden's fillets. They are great. :D
  • To change the things from Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and snacks. Go to food - Setting and it will be the second section down. Just change it to the times you eat during the day. Make sure to save the settings.
