Detox cleanse and exercise
Hello! I am planning to to Dr. Oz's three day detox cleanse and am wondering if I should not be working out during those three days or at least doing something very low impact. The cleanse is basically 3-4 drinks a day filled with healthy fruits and veggies. Any thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.:smile:

I have been thinking about trying spinning. I don't have a gym membership and am looking at buying a reasonably priced bike. Does anyone have a bike that they use at home? I've done some research and it seems of course, the heavier, the sturdier it will be. Would love any feedback.

I want to start adding weights to my workout any suggestions
I've been doing nothing but cardio and have lost almost 15 lbs. I'm about 15 lbs away from my goal. I'd like to tone up, but I'm always worried that adding the weights will increase my weight. Any thoughts or suggestions???

Feeling lazy this week
I'm kinda worried this week because my motivation has been lacking. I'm hoping that it is just because of Spring Break and the kids are at home and taking me away from my usual schedule. Luckily, I haven't been pigging out, still sticking to the calorie allowance. Anyone else out there feeling this way?

Frustrated with my metabolism!!
I've been working out like crazy for the last 2 months and I mean 4-5 45 minute workouts a week. I have only lost 7 pounds and have also been really watching my calories. I cut out sugar almost completely which is amazing for me and I am running 5K's which I've never done. What gives??? Confused and frustrated :(
