Run Your Butt Off Plan

Hello!! Was just curious if anyone else out there has tried this and whether you've had any success with it. I am into my 4th week and believe it or not, I have lost 1 lb a week!! It is a slow progressing plan. I wanted to try something different than what I have always done. So, slow progress will hopefully equal weight staying off "permanently". I have been able to run 5k's in the past, but have never really loved running. I thought giving this a try would be good. Any thoughts?

I used the Run You Butt Off plan. Never ran before in my life and each step took twice as long for me. I was over 300 lbs when I started. Now I run 2 miles 3 times a week which is amazing to me. More amazing is I like it. I didn't lose all my weight from running. I started the walking part a few weeks before I had weight loss surgery. But the running will keep me from gaining the weight back.0
