What body parts do you work out together and on what days of the week? I've been doing mainly cardio and "playing around" with the machines but I want to get more serious about getting toned and less flabby with my last 48 pounds!

I've decided to go vegetarian! It seems like a logical choice to me, the only meat I eat is chicken and I haven't even had that for roughly 2 weeks so it's not a big part of my diet! Confused about calories/exercise!
I am curious if I should up my caloric intake? I have it set at 1200 but I do an hour of jogging/walking intervals, plus 20 minutes of strength training/calisthenics and 10 minutes of jump rope everyday... could I be burning off too much and entering starvation mode?
