I had an earlier post & got a few comments on feeling the "burn" when working out: Aerobic - I generally feel this right away, but it goes away in 5-10 min. Weights - I feel this when I get into 2nd or 3rd set of reps Normal? or should I be pushing harder

Had lunch at Chipotle today... Had half a chicken burrito thinking the calorie count would be too high, to my surprise, here's what I came up with.
