The "Burn"

I had an earlier post & got a few comments on feeling the "burn" when working out:

Aerobic - I generally feel this right away, but it goes away in 5-10 min.

Weights - I feel this when I get into 2nd or 3rd set of reps

Normal? or should I be pushing harder

    WEIGHTS I CAN FELL INTO THE NEXTED DAY.

    I think it's normal to feel the "Burn". Just not a sharp pain. I always feel better working out till you feel the burn. Chris.
