Nothing is Happening!
Working out hard and eating well (most of the time) but nothing is happening! I've never had this problem before. Anyone have any suggestions? Anyone done it? I love Jillian videos and I'm on week two of Ripped in 30. But I'm already thinking about which one I should choose next! Sugar from fruits
I go over my sugars almost everyday. It's because of the fruits I eat and put in my protein shakes.
