Advice please!
So this past week I have not been hungry at all. I normally try to eat a min of 1400 cals and this week I have been barely able to eat 1200. I just have not been hungry at all! I physically do not feel like I can eat anymore but I do not want my metabolism to slow down : ( help

Memorial Day Weekend
I'm visiting friends Memorial Day weekend and I know there is going to be a lot of junk food and beer. I am going to try to make the healthiest choices possible but I might want to indulge a bit as well. Is it okay to get off track on certain holiday weekends or when I'm visiting friends? Thanks

11 days and gained 1lb
I'm doing the cardio, the strength training, eating my calories back, eating 1200 cals when I don't exercise, and drink plenty of water...why did I gain a pound????

Question
I use the elliptical about three times a week. I am also a competitive figure skater and skate intensely for at least an hour a day. I also like to do yoga. Sometimes the elliptical is a little bit boring so can I replace it with zumba instead? I feel guilty for not using the elliptical on certain days : (

4th of July helppppp
