Advice please!

So this past week I have not been hungry at all. I normally try to eat a min of 1400 cals and this week I have been barely able to eat 1200. I just have not been hungry at all! I physically do not feel like I can eat anymore but I do not want my metabolism to slow down : ( help

  • try adding in foods like nuts (such as almonds) which are high in calories and healthy fat in only small portions so it shouldn't be hard to include a handful here and there :)

    Nutrient/calorie dense foods would be good to add. Nuts, avocados, seeds, etc. If you drink milk that's low-fat, you could up that to get those calories as well.
