Have you ever noticed how we don't pay attention to the background in our pics? I can't tell you how many pics I've seen with clothing and other debris strewn around the room. I even have a pic with a toilet in the background!!

Are vegetarians thinner than meatatarians..
Just wondering because I just finished reading the meat thread and being a vegetarian seems so much more healthy with fewer fatty foods. What do you think???? I'm not a veg but my son became one a couple yrs ago and I am challenged with cooking.

Can metabolism permanently change?
Is this possible: You exercise like crazy for a period of years. You stop. You gain weight. Has your metabolism permanently been changed because of all that exercise? My feelings; the person didn't ratchet down their calories. What are your feelings on this?

middle age mid-section fat; can I lose it??
I have recently returned to a weight I was 5 years ago, but WITH something I didn't have before; mid-section fat/thickness. Is it possible to exercise this off or am I stuck with it??
