Hanging weight???

Cutting carbs????
I was told by my nutritionist to cut out my carbs for two weeks. Does anybody know a reasonable amout of carbs I should have? Btw is away on vacation & I was a little overwhelm last time we met. Thank you

Food occasions
How many ppl have events that are centered around food. Next Sunday I'm in a fishing tournament & the awards dinner is going to kill me. I'm not sure yet if I will give myself a goal to set during the week allowing myself to eat available food if I make it ... Or... Just eat before the event.

Today I ate a pint of blueberries & lately I have been eating whole tomatoes. What are the problems with these choices? A little back story is I have atleast 150 to lose & have been limiting myself to 1800-2000 cal per day. thanks randy

Sodium question..
I'm sure this is common knowledge but I'm tring to change my ways so here we go. One more newbie
Man what a site. I've been fighting weight since my early 20's & now at 37 the up & downs are getting old. 2 years ago I put in hours at the gym & saw an 80lbs loss only to have it creep right back in. The answers are there I'm just going to have to be more commented.
