Hanging weight???

Well on my journey to a healthier self I've come across a problem that I'm sure others have delt with, a deflating gut. Sounds great right? It is until you start to do any jogging or jumping jacks. The weight put on my back from the flopping is incredible. Do any of you guys use compression wraps or am I stuck to walking for the next 40lbs. I know I can go back to the gym & rock the elicthical but I'm tring to make the commitment @ home so I know I can't use the " no time for the gym excuse". Thanks randy
