Banana Help!
I have about 10 super uber ripe bananas in my freezer and a cookout I'm going to on Sunday... I've already thought about making the ubiquitous banana bread or muffins for easy eating at a picnic. Any other ideas for these frozen gems? Ice cream might be nice but I'm not carting it the long drive to the park, KWIM? Help?…

Tomato and Onion
This isn't really a recipe...at lunch today I wanted something fast and I was seriously hungry. 1 gigantic tomato 1 medium vidalia onion 1/4 cup fat free feta cheese 1tbs Newman's Lite Basalmic Vinagrette tons of cayenne pepper calorie count: 167 Then I dug into the cantaloupe :) Gotta love summer!

blood pressure ??
My blood pressure is always pretty low. Usually about 110/80 -ish. I've taken my blood pressure (because I was feeling weird, light headed) and my BP is very low even for me. Today it was 106/69. What gives? Should I eat a salted banana? :wink: Is this normal when you've never had high BP in the first place?

Clean the House
Today is the day. Fridays around here are clean the house days. With kids, everyday is house cleaning day but on Fridays I am CLEANING. Another website lists this kind of vigorous house cleaning as cardio that burns an estimated 3 calories per minute. I like to think that is accurate. Is it?

Maca supplement
I tried some last year and didn't take it regularly or long enough. I'm going to start again tomorrow. Avocado size?
How big is medium? Or extra large? And I always weigh the whole fruit and never get around to weighing the flesh. I don't know why...but I ask myself this every flippin time I eat an avocado. This clears it up for perfectly! You're welcome.

I hate 321 cake.
Today I thought "gee, I'm at the store...why not pick up the cake mixes and give this 321 cake in a mug thing a whirl." YUCK. And for the calories alone, I'd much rather eat a tub of greek yogurt. Sometimes (like tonight) I find I'm still under calories and it is 9pm. I even ate an apple a little while ago. Yet, I still have 433 cals to go. Which weight to record?
I was retaining water last night and so my weight was up a little, no surprise...after I worked out I thought I'd weigh again and I was down 1.3 lbs! So. Do I record the "first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom" or "right after working out"?

Just glad to be here. I'm a 45 year old woman who's been working out hard way too long to still be this frumpy.
