Maca supplement

I tried some last year and didn't take it regularly or long enough. I'm going to start again tomorrow. This time will be better as I drink a protein supplement every morning and that'll be a good place to hide it in--yuck. I have both powder and extract and they are both vile.

How is Maca working for you? And dosing recommendations?
