Any suggestions on how to log your c25k exercise? I unfortunately dont have (and at the moment cant afford) a hrm. Ideas? Help? Thanks

my very first NSV!!!
Ok so this is a very small nsv but i was super excited!! Just so yall know, my legs are the strongest part of my body. Upper body...yeah right what a joke!! BUT i can finally "plank" properly for more than 30 seconds without my arms and shoulders quiverring like jello. Yaaay!!! Like i said, not much but i will take it :)

So i started a 30 challenge than includes squats planks and crunches. Tomorrow is supposed to be the rest day. Today was my rest day from the elliptical and my arm/free weight exercises.
