Is it seriously possible to have already lost an inch off my waist and a half inch off my hips in 3 days?? I measured my initial time i measured 3x to make sure. I measured 3x again today when i measured. I'm not doing much...a little cardio (nothing new) and i started a 30 day combo challenge (squats crunches plank) 3 days ago right before measuring. Am i going crazy? Has anyone else experienced this? Not that i'm complaining. I am going for the slow and steady results. It was a pleasant suprise but definitely doesnt seem like a slow and steady result...
My measurements and such:
27 f
255#
5'7
Waist 42" 41"now
Hips 52" 51.5"now
1900 cal a day
Tdee 2680
Bmr 1860
Cal def set at 30percent below tdee
Yes i eat back my exercise cals since my def is so low to my bmr
Thanks ya'll
PS-
Sorry for any typos....gotta love smart phones and a cracked screen!

It could be due to you not measuring in the exact same spot ... or you did lose those inches. I would imagine it would be due to less bloating and possible a release of water weight.
Try to only weigh once a week and measure once a month.0
