There are various options to log "running", depending on your mph. I would just choose the closest one and log your time.

Maybe I have over complicated it, but I just enter my time running and then my time at a brisk walk. So this week (c25k week 1) I logged 8 minutes running & 22 minutes walking for each day. Hope that helps!

This is exactly how I do when logging the walk/run intervals. No need for complicated equipment.

    Have fun!

Congrats on doing the program! You don't have to use the pre-set exercises on MFP, especially if you have a heart rate monitor to estimate your calories burned from a given workout. I created an exercise called "C25K Training" on my exercise diary, and use a heart rate monitor to log my calories burned. Good luck!
