Ladies who lifts: What is your calories goal?
My question is for the ladies who lift and are trying to lose body fat.. what are you calories goals? I am lifting to failure about 4x a week with 1-2 days of cardio. I am 5'3, 123 lbs and consume at least 100 grams of protein a day. I am just curious what everyone else is doing and if they are seeing results.

Any tips on losing the last 10-15lbs that have actually work
I am struggling to lose those last 10-15 lbs and would appreciate any tips that helped you break through those "survival" pounds.

I've exercised over 300 hours since April and lost only 1 Lb
So I was looking at the history in my HRM and realized I have only lost 1 lbs since April, but I have worked out over 300 hours, 98 sessions and burned 33,000 + Calories. How do you measure your body fat %
I am looking to purchase some sort of body fat measurement tool. Probably either a scale or calipers. Just wondering what you guys use and what brands etc. can you recommend?

Increased intensity in workouts and stopped losing weight. H
In the last couple of weeks I have increased my cardio workouts. I do a mix of the stair stepper, treadmill and ellipticle for at least an hour every day. I also strength train daily. Scale Issue
Okay as much as I don't want to admit this,sometimes I weigh myself a few times in a row and the first time the scale reads about 2 lbs more then when I step on it again. Fish Oil Supplements + bruising
I started taking fish oil supplements about a month ago for the omegas and I heard it helps with inflammation recently though I have noticed that I bruise extremely easy. Does anyone else have this problem?

For those of you who customize your own settings with a goal to drop pounds, but gain lean muscle.. what is your ratio? I am considering 50% carbs, 30% protien and 20% fat, but I'm not sure if that would work best.
