Cut a picture of a bikini model out of a magazine and tape it the bag. When you go to reach for those Oreo's, you are going to see the picture. You aren't going to look like that if you keep eating them.

I am 5'2.5 (I always round up) 125 lbs. My measurements are 36-26-37.5. My goal is 115 lbs.

I have mine set at sedentary. If I'm down on my knees scrubbing the floor or painting walls, I'm breaking a sweat. I never said I wear my Hrm all day bud.

Thanks girl.. I appreciate it! I use to record my exercise on here and recently stopped because when I would eat them back I actually gained a few lbs. Once I upped my calories to 1450 and stopped recording the exercise/ eating them back I lost the pounds that I had gained.

Maybe I should have said that its not 3 hours at one time. I wear my HRM when walking/ running with my dog and sometimes doing heavy cleaning around the house. At the beginning of April I was working out 6-7 days a week for around 90-120 mins per day. I ate back my exercise calories during that time and would burn around…

LOL there is not way I could work out 3 hours at a time. I only work out about 45-90 minutes with each session. If I am just weight lifting then I only burn about 150-250, but when doing cardio I burn much more.

No I do not eat back my exercise calories. I eat about 90% clean. I work out about 4-6x a week. I weight train about 4 of those days. I really only burn about 200-300 calories each session. Wow.. Thanks for all of the responses. I guess the general consensus is they are all a waste of money. lol Glad I asked you guys before I impulsively went and bought one. I think I will still with the online calculators for now.

Okay, I will have to take a rest day. I have been workout out hard 6 days a week and the 7th day I still do some sort of exercise whether its walking my dog or doing 30 day shred. Thank you for the advice!

I have no had my body fat measured. Thats a good idea though! Also, I wear a Polar HRM so I know the calories burned is accurate.

I am weighing myself three times in a row, wearing the same thing, and touching nothing. I only weigh in once a week and mostly rely on measurements and pictures, but I like to keep track of the actual weight loss too. I think I am going to need to purchase a new scale. Thank you for the advice :)

I'm a fan of vodka seltzers w/ extra lime. Seltzer has zero calories, but does anyone know if bar's carry it? I am thinking they only have tonic.
