I figured my TDEE...why SO different from MFP calories??
I am 37 yrs old, 5'7, 172 lbs, mother of 4. I am exhausted all the time...sometimes I work out, sometimes I don't. I feel like I run in circles. MFP has my calories set at 1550 (losing 1 lb a week). Hurt knee doing lunges? Help!
I have been doing 30DS and I think my form was poor on the lunges and my knee went past my foot (I have zero strength in my core) and I guess I injured my knee b/c I cannot do jumping jacks, jump rope, or side lunges anymore. How the heck did I hurt myself doing 30DS...what now?
I was on day 3 of the 30DS and I noticed when I did jumping jacks the leg, below the knee, would hurt, it felt weirdly "twisted". I don't understand why you are supposed to eat your exercise calories back? Isn't that the whole point of exercising, to burn off those calories?
