Wheat Belly anyone??

So my mom was telling me about the book "Wheat Belly" and I read a ton of the reviews on Amazon. I'm torn on this one...has anyone gone "wheat free" and were able to maintain that? I was sad just thinking I could never eat a dinner roll again.
Overall I think most foods "in moderation" is a fine thing...I just have a problem with the moderation part, lol. I guess that is part of the "wheat belly" premise, that eating wheat causes you to overeat and crave foods & never feel full.
Anyone read this book or try a diet similar? Thoughts?

I read it but it seems like it would be VERY difficult to maintain. I am sure it would work but it is extremely restrictive.0
