I'm so excited! I thought today was going to be a super bad "cheat" day b/c I decided that I cannot give up my Sunday brunch I make for my family. I did modify it though, instead of fried potatoes, I made fruit cocktail and I skipped the toast completely, because really, who cares about toast?
Then, because I figured I was screwed for the day anyway, I went ahead and broiled the steaks I had bought last week. Well, I split mine with my daughters, only had one crescent roll (reduced fat, 100 cal), a medium potato (instead of monstrous), and steamed califlower.
I just added in my calories and I am STILL a few under!!! YAY!!! And I haven't even worked out yet!!! I might be able to stick to this whole "new way of eating" thing after all!!!!!
