After I had my twins in 2002 I lost 40ish pounds on WW. Eventually I got so sick of counting points that I quit, then had 2 more pregnancies...and now I am back to the original weight I was back in 2002. My youngest is over 2 years old, so this is not baby weight. However, I almost am scared to even go through all the work of losing weight if it will just come back....
I don't mean for this to sound negative, I just don't know how to stop losing weight (because you are at your ideal, healthy weight) and not gain it back? I still have 40 lbs to go (I lost 13 on MFP this time last year, but got away from it when the kids were out for summer break) so I know this issue isn't something I have to deal with yet....but I have to know how to do it or else there's no point it losing the 40 lbs again!
