So, I've been doing Zumba classes every Tues/Thurs since December. I have a Garmin and it accurately records my calories. I'm not "skinny" at around 240lbs, but I'm flexible and active. A group of people in my class came up to me to ask what my HRM said for calories. Mine is always at around 600 calories a class. Theirs?…

Stretching...I hate you...
Ok, so it finally took me this long to get myself to workout. But, there is something else I hate more than working out.....stretching. Homemade Pizza Dough
Ok, MFP friends, I made a homemade pizza today with homemade sauce. The only thing is I still feel my pizza crust is high in calories. But, making it in our breadmaker is picky as far as ingredients. Anyone have any recommendations other than using whole wheat bread flour? Or, is this pretty much as good as it gets?
