Strength/Weight Training Ideas

I currently do interval walking and am starting up Zumba classes next month. In between my cardio days, I want to do alternate days of strength/weight training. I can't do anything too high intensity or strenuous as I suffer from pattellar tracking disorder (I am unable to run and cannot jump on my knees). I have a buff brides workout, but reading from it and browsing a book I find is a little more difficult than watching a video and following along the moves. But, if I have to go this route, that will be my option to do SOMEthing.
I'm interested in hearing some recommendations of what strength/weight training videos/programs you have tried that you would recommend?

I know it's kind of cliche, but have you tried Utube - if you put in strength training or weight training, there are some good routines out there to try.
I personally go to a gym and work with a trainer on my strength training and love it.0 -

I'm not sure if the jumping jacks would be okay, but it sounds like everything else should be okay from what I understand!0 -
Thanks, all! Anyone else? hoping to *bump* this. ;-)0
