Is it marking it from that day or is it taking into account your eating from the days previous? Where is it coming up with that number in 5 weeks?

Is there a way
on mfp, to record your exercise but not have it add calories to your food diary? I know I can just ignore or not record the exercise, but I like having a log of the various exercises. I just don't want to eat back my calories as I am doing the TDEE method and a flat rate of 1516 calories a day.
