Not exactly new, returning after a long break
Hi all, I was a member about six years ago, then dropped out, used another plan, broke my leg, and now I'm back. I'm actually a little less than I was back then, but still not where I want and need to be. Looking forward to sharing the journey.

Le Sigh... I found my nemesis (roast chicken)
SO I usually make chicken or turkey breast, usually grilled. Once in while i make whole roast chicken (skinless), that I then shredd and freeze for future use. Yay! my NSVs after 6 weeks
