Yay! my NSVs after 6 weeks

so weight wise i haven't lost much weight and I'm at some kind of weird plateau, but I'm fine with that - i'm feeling so much better, have more stamina and energy. my clothing is getting loosER but haven't gone done much in size. I'm OK with that too, because I know it WILL happen. So far I seem to be losing mainly on my tush and above my boobs

But - i did encounter a few NSVs that made me feel really good (and that I know that many of you will not only understand but also relate to:laugh: )
first, my gym towel. it used to not-quite-go-all-the-way-around. and no matter how i wound it, *something* would be peeking out. so now - it goes all the way around at the armpit level in a way that I can even tuck it around. there is still a gap around my stomach but it's absolutely much better than it was.

second - when i reached around to scratch my back yesterday, there was less of me! I didnn't even notice the bumps disappearing, but disappear (or reduce) they did!

third - i used the leg press today at the gym (the kind where you sit on a chair and your legs are at a 90 degree angle pressing a flat press). i used to have it at level 7 and even that was tight, because my tummy was in the way. today i was able to put it down to level 6!

fourth - last night, around 9.30, i'm going to bed. i felt a LITTLE hungry or antsy or in the mood for something. so, i did what i usually do at those moments - made a pile of whole wheat crackers with mayo. took one bite and spit it out. i said to myself "seriously? you really need this? and now?" threw them out and went to bed.

SO - I'm sticking with this program! i'm sure there will be hardships, heartbreaks, bad moments, frustrations, and binges along the way but you guys are stuck with me now!

That's amazing! I am so happy for you

The NSVs are more rewarding in my opinion, than the numbers on a scale. It's so nice to physically SEE the differences and the way the body changes.

Keep up the fantastic work, I am with you all the way :flowerforyou:
