Finally hit the 25# mark today!
Since June, I have been working on my weight and running 5k races. Today I finally have lost 25 pounds and have kept it off even over the holidays! Never thought I would hit this mark, now just to lose 15 more and I would be happy!

Ran my first 5K of the year last night...

First time RUNNING!!!
I know this may not sound like much but today we had our company olympics and I participated....I have been fast walking on the treadmill since the middle of may and doing ok but never once have I stepped off of the treadmill and onto the asphalt until today...I also didn't walk it but I jogged it, not fast by any means…

When do you start to reap the benefits?
This is week 5 of my workout...I have been fast walking on the treadmill at a 4.0 pace, 3.0 incline for 3.1 miles daily and it takes me a little under 15min/mile. I do 30 minutes of elliptical 5 min. on level 1, 10 min. on level 2 and 15 minutes on level 3. I do about 150 jump ropes (just started last week), crunches and a…
