Ran my first 5K of the year last night...

It felt good and yes I am out of shape and should have prepared better this week but didn't...It was a good starting point for me and can't wait to run the same run next month in their series so hoping to better my time...I did play nine holes of golf yesterday and was a little sunburned so that didn't help much either...But I felt great and really enjoyed doing it, now to just keep up with my personal goal of one 5K per month...

    Way to Go! A 5km run every month is totally doable and a great way to keep you on track :)

    Nice one - well done.

    5Km is a great distance, it doesn't take too much time out of your day and you can quickly see the benefits in your subsequent results.
