Best exercise for toning?
Ive heard many stories about how hitting the weights aren't actually going to tone you up, I have so much excess skin on my stomach which I really want to get rid of. I hit the treadmill, ab crunches and a wave machine at my gym normally. Any other suggestions?

Treadmill accuracy?
I was wondering how the accurate the treadmill, well any gym machine actually, is at calculating your calories burnt? I completely understand that different people burn calories at difference rates, depending on your weight etc, but is it relatively accurate regardless?

jacket potatoes?!
I absolutely love jacket potatoes for my dinner, probably one of the healthiest carbs you can take in and also you can add anything to them makes them even more scrummy. What is the average, well appropriate serving weight of one? I'd normally have about 150 grams of a cooked one, but what's the average serving suggestion?

Eating more calories due to exercise?
Rumour has it, that if you burn more calories than you are eating you gain muscle mass? Therefore, the only solution would be to eat more if you are exercising, which to me seems so stupid. I go to the gym everyday and try and burn 800 calories through running, power walking or jogging. i'm 5"4 and weigh around 7 stone 3…
