I was wondering how the accurate the treadmill, well any gym machine actually, is at calculating your calories burnt?
I completely understand that different people burn calories at difference rates, depending on your weight etc, but is it relatively accurate regardless?

It is said they are not very accurate, they tend to tell you that you have burned more than you actually have. Get a HRM, I love mine and it will give you a more accurate readout.0
