Low Calories
Im 23. 5'2 and 138 lbs. I don't understand. I physically can't eat more than 800-1000 calories a day. Sometimes 500. I still can't lose weight. I see people posting about between 1200-1500 or so. Ive been yoyoing between 10 pounds or so for 3 1/2 months now. The only reason I gained weight was because of medication. I was…

My dads belt.
I'm 5'2 female. When I was 180 pounds about 2-3 years ago I put on my 63 year old dads belt just to see for fun (hes about maybe 200-210 pounds id say) and his belt was too small for me. thanks for reading
Hi i'm new to the site but not weight loss. I lost 80+ pounds between 2010 and 2012. Seroquel blew me up from about 100 to 180+. I had to stop all meds because I had not just become over weight but had a diabetes scare with the weight. thank you

New here, not to weight loss.
I am new to this site and app that I have. I am a 22 year old female. I came to lose a few pounds next month or so, but from 2010 to 2012 I lost a little over 80 pounds just through trial and error or the "old fashioned way" of losing weight; eating less, healthy foods, some exercise, etc. I gained maybe about 10 pounds of…
