im 5'2 and my goal weight is betwen 105-107 pounds. ive always been tiny until i started on certain medications that made me gain weight.

i use the fitibia aria. it works well but i dont pay attention to the body fat percentage.

i wanted to be healther. a doctor told me i was borderline diabetic. and i was unhappy with my body image. i also look at pics of the old me (which are only a year old or so) to keep me motivated and coming on these forums keeps me motivated.

i gave up fast food and sodas and most processed food. thats about it really. added in more veggies.

Thats interesting about the body taking 2 years to get used to a new size. But what if your weight was originally low to begin with and went up a substantial amount, and your trying to go back down to your original weight? I gained weight on medication. Went from 105 to 138 in 6 months.

Just looking at my diary for the past 3-4 days - and yes thats truly all I had to eat. Yesterday all I had was a soda for example.

Yes, it is not as complete as it should be. I used to complete it more often. I keep my weight tracked more though than my food. I used to use MFP a lot more often, but when I went down to 105 from 180 I knew nothing about MFP, I did it without MFP, thats why I dont log my food that often. I guess call me overconfident…

i drink japanese sencha shots. which are green tea drinks. no sugar or anything manmade added to them either. GREEN TEA REALLY HELPS.
