I’m usually on the road at 9am and not back home until 4pm everyday. I see clients in their homes for meetings and never in an office. This makes it very hard to try to eat anything but fast food. I recently went into the doctor because I just wasn’t feel long very well. I have been tired, no energy to workout, headaches, and the lost goes one. How Many Grams Of Sugar Daily
Just curious what a good target for grams of sugar a day. I know it would be different for everyone. I average 20-40 grams all from fruits and vegetables (naturally occurring) and very little from anything else. Just wondering if upping it would help energy levels.
