negatives from sugar in fruit
I eat a lot of fruit (like 5-7 servings a day). I just love it. I've read that the natural sugar from fruit can hinder fat loss. Has anyone experienced this? I also run a lot (between 6-13 miles a day) and always eat back all of my exercise calories.
