I would really like to tone my arms and I was wondering if running on a treadmill while you carry weights for example 5lb would work plus made you lose more calories. I like to eat salads once in a while. I usually like to add chicken or hard boiled eggs. But I don't want to get bored or eat the same so much that I hate it.
