No weight loss on 1300 cals
Hi I have been doing a rapid fat loss diet for 9 days now. I eat about 200g of protein, fish oil, a bit of low fat cheese and some vegetables, but I haven't seen any weight loss. Why is that? Any thoughts? I'm 6'1, 176lbs, BF% ~14

losing 4lbs per week
why is that so? I heard that's not healthy. I eat about 2000-2300 calories daily. Workout 4 times a week 90 minutes. Started at 212lbs in May 15, and now I'm at 192lbs.
