why is that so? I heard that's not healthy.
I eat about 2000-2300 calories daily. Workout 4 times a week 90 minutes.
Started at 212lbs in May 15, and now I'm at 192lbs.

You're eating, you're exercising. 4lbs a week is not "unhealthy" unless you did it for 20 weeks or so (you do the math)
It won't continue... alot of it was water, and some of it was fat. The lighter you get, the fewer calories it takes to "get you through the day" so it will start to slow down, and then it will stop altogether.
Keep going, you're doing great!0 -
I hope it continues reasonably. Have only 16lbs left to single digit body fat %. From there I'd probably have to change my approach.0

How can you know how many more pounds you need to lose to get to single digit BF? I don't get that? The two are not directly connected really? Also single digit BF? As in 9% BF?0
-
That's an approximation based on my bf% and lean mass now. Could be probably more. Yes 9%.0

How do you measure your bodyfat out of interest?0
-
Just by measuring waist size. Lbs and inches have been consistent with lean body mass for now.
Did a caliper test at the beginning and it was about the same as the waist measurement test. probably have to do it again.
Also increased vascularity is a good way of telling that there has been some fat loss.0
