I watched the videos on the stickies and noticed the lifts are done what I would call fast... Is this the norm for SL? or can I concentrate on contraction and form without going fast? Those rows (with a violent jerk), squats going down and up so fast seems counter intuitive to me....

So yes I read the thread and opened an excel sheet (don't trust my own brain) and did the following calculations... Lost 4lbs (14000) over 7 weeks consumed 63187 calories (so an average of 1289.53 a day.
